Our Team

Sally Howard – President

My aunt Nadyne Ricks was a remarkable woman who was always my hero. She truly loved the people of Liberia. Her heart and soul were in Liberia, and she surely would have remained in the village helping her African family the rest of her life had serious health issues not surfaced. I had the privilege of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the clinic, and my heart was truly touched. I am blessed to be able to work on the project and to continue her wonderful legacy.

Melvin J. Ngwayah, Co-President
CEOI was 10 years old when Ma Nadyne Kiapeh Ricks took me into her own home in 1958 at the Mid-Liberia Baptist Mission in Suakoko, Liberia. She homeschooled me and sponsored me through high school and through many of my technical education. I will always be honored in doing whatever it takes to honor my dear mother for the impact she had on my life.

Martha M. Ngwayah – Secretary

I love to share the resources and talents that God gives me and to use them in reaching out to others and sharing with the less fortunate. This is the driving motivation that led me to join team ROA in fulfilling my dreams.

As the Bible says: “To whom much is given, much is expected.” I believe some of us have been blessed so it is incumbent upon us to help the less fortunate in our society. We ask that you join us in this worthy effort.
